the said Henderson Perkins, Laura
Palmer and Molcy Davis inherited
from their father, Joshua Perkins.

or tract of land containing thirty (30)
seres, more or less, situate, lying and
being in Kershaw County, South
Carolina, being bounded on the
North by land of K. f. Estard; on
the East by lands of JC. T> Estard;
on the South by lands of K. T. Estard,

Richard McClusters and E. Huckleberry.

conveyed to Molcy Davis by Mary
Campbell.
