The jury in the case of Manly Rush, young white ma n living near Kllorce, charged With .murder, brought in a verdict of "not guilty" thi.s afternoon after deliberat ing about ten minutes. Four wit nesses for the state were examined yesterday. These witnesses explained the fight between the negi'jrt and Manly" Rush following a law4suil over a cow -in which Mr. Rush struck the negro with his fist. Rush claimed self-defense. Newman ? Moore.
