products fixed by law In the County
of Kershaw on Tuesday, November 7,
1022. said (lay being Tuesday following
the first Monday, as prescribed by the
Constitution.
The qualifications for suffrage are
as follows: v .
Residence in Slate for two years, in
the County one year, in the lxdling
precinct in which the elector offers to j
vote, four niotitUp, end the payment
t<ix months before any election of any
jk)1L tax thon due and payable. Pro
vided, That ministers in charge of an
organized ehnroh and teachers of pub
lie schools shall be entitled -to vote
.after six months' residence in the

Registration?Payment of all taxes,
including poll tax, assessed and t*olleet

production of a certificate or the re.
cetpt of the officer authorized to collect
such taxes shall lie conclusive proof

Before the hour fixed for owning

At the close of the election, the Man
agers and Clerk must proceed publicly
to open the ballot box and count the

adjournment until the same is com
pleted, and make a statement, <?f the

designated by the Board, must deliver
