How to Fight the Hojll Weevil.

causing the utmost" concern to every
man who plants cotton and to overs
man who does business in any M'liy

What has happened everywhere else
from Texas hen; is repeating itself in
this State. The people in the wee,
vil's pathway have refused to believe
tliat the havoc wrought, elsewhere
would he visited upon them, and they
have persisted in this attitude until the
boll weevil's had not otil\ made their
appearance in their fields, but had es
tablished' themselves there in nil
counted multitudes.
Now that this bus happened a lit

ot the mildness of the past winter

ton growers is to become panic
stricken. That is not to be wondered
