one man in South Carolina who should
take the leadership In the matter

mission will be composed of 11 mem
bers, this giving every section of the
atate representation and making it
possible to haVe the benefit of the
ability of the foremost experts in all
the projects undertaken.
The effect of this process of selec
tion, in which members of the Ward
-will participate through a balloting
system, will be to bring to the prose
cution of the program the very best
brslas in South Carolina.

been a number of conferences at va- f
rlous points In the state at which the

meat board has bean thoroughly dis
stiisei. especially the special commis
sions to handle the major actlvitlea ef
the board. At these meetings ths
South Carolina Plan haa been warmly
eommeaded as simple, worhable and
practical. It will be put Into opera
tion at once after the completion of
the expansion campaign which la to be
made from June 21 to Id.
