"Because of Its fifty odd years of ex
perience In meeting fundamental prob
lems affecting girls, the Young Wom
en's Christian Association Is an organi
zation particularly fitted to exert< a
stabilising Influence upon the troubled
times through a consistent program of
service for girls and women.
"American women are asking how
they may share in the world's recon
structlon. They can do so by enlisting
the support of their community for
this World Service Program, which will
Insure to the world a healthier and bet*
tor womanhood.
"This campaign of the T. W. O. A.
to tell the popple pf*the United States
about Its Work and to raise $8,000,000
with which to carry on' Y. W. O. A.
