The sanatorium is under the gen
eral supervision of the Home Mission
Board of the Southern baptist Con
vantlon. and in addition to treating
pntients who have already contracted
tuberculosis. It will seek, through a
campaign of publicity, to so Inform
the people of the South %jr*d Sooth
west on the nature and prevention of
thin disease that the alarming death
rate from the white plague can be Im
mediately lowered anr' finally reduced
to the minimum.
