gregated in the road in the Hagood

ing a car passed them, and in doing

The Selective Service organization is
dissolved. This is my last official com
munication to its members. Two years
ago today, the Congress declared a state
of war to exist with the Imperial Ger
man Government. Amerca's army was

certain. Today the war is won and an
army <rf four million is already half de
moblised.
