Section 1. That from and after the
passage of this Ordinance it shall be
unlawful for any minor to outer and
loiter in any billiard or t>ool room in
the City of Camden, H. O.. for the pur
pose of playiwg billiards or pool, or any
other game therein, or of watching any
other person play such frames or any
other game thereto. /
Section 2. That no proprietor, or
manager of ti billiard rooyi or pool room
within the -City- of Caimlen shall per
mit a minor to enter 'his place of busi
ness for the purpose of playing billiards,
pool ok any other games therein, or of
loitering therein for. the purpose of watch
ing auy Knmes. -
Section 3. That any billiard or pool i
roouP in which minors shall be allowed
to, loiter or to play games is hereby
declared Ux a nuisance, and the li
