MAN DIED FROM STROKE. * Two York County Neighbors Fell Out About I'se q( Outbuilding. York. July 12. ? James T. . Miskelley, i aged f?0. while in a tight this morning with .1. Harbor Wallace, a neighbor, at the former's home, three miles south of i York, suffered a stroke of apoplexy, from which he died almost instantly. The 1 light was the result of a quarrel arising : from the joint use of an outbuilding, both men living on the same farm, which is owned by William Clinton. After the exchange of a few blows they clinched I and fell to the ground. Miskelley sud denly relaxing his hold and ceasing to j ' struggle. Wallace disengaged himself and ? went away. 'l*he two onlookers thought | Miskelley had fainted, but after he failed I to regain consciousness officers were no tified ami an inquest held. The verdict of the coroner's jury, before which. Mis kelley's grown son. who had witnessed the light, aud the physician who made the postmortem testified, was fn accord- j ance with the facts stated. Wallace surrendered to officers in York immediately after learning that Miskel ley was dead aud appearing before Judge Krnest Moore, who is holding court, se cured hail in the sum of $1,000.
