volunteers will be accepted. If, on
June 21st. a sufficient number of vol
unteers has not come forth to till the

of order numbers sufficient number of
qualified men from within (Mass One to
till its allotment, deducting the volun
tary inductions. Only men who have
completed at least a grammar school
education and have had some experience
along mechanical lines and some uptitude
for mechanical work should be inducted."
