Air Kinds of Weather.
People of tills section witnessed all
kinds of weather Monday.' In the morn
ing it was real cold, later in the day
it rained, with a thunder storm, accom
panied by vivid lightning. We did not
see it, but we are told by those whose
integrity cannot be questioned that
sleet and snow also fell during the
day.. In the nfternoon the sun came
out and the. skies beea'ine bright.

r : Mr; Hardy Hlnson, aged (57 years,

ber lfith. The funeral services were
.conducted the following (lay at Pine
Grove Baptist church. Mr. Hlnson is
survived by his wife, two sons, three
(laughters and three brothers. -The
sons are: Duncan Hlnson, Hardy Hln
son, Jr.,; brothers. Bullion Hinoon, Law
son Ilinson and William Hlnson.

Mrs. W. A. Wilkinson Murdered in
Mysterious Way.

at her home at the station this after- 1
noon at 0.30 o'clock. Investigation of
the hotly shows that she was murdered

with some blunt instrument. Airs. Wil
kinson was one of the county's most
liigbiy esteemed women. She was a

Her hnsbatul left the station which
Is located on PJnckney street on the
hanks of the Sandy river about three
miles from Chester, this morning. lie
returned at o'clock and found his
wife murdered, lying head downward
on the dining room floor. She was
cold Indicating that the tragedy had
been committed sometime prior to
that hour.
