In Plain King's English
The opening of the Wizard Sale last Saturday was a hummer. The
crowd was with us?did we say crowd? well that is a mighty little word to
express the size of the seething mass of humanity that crammed themselves
into this store last Saturday and practically bought everything in sight.
Early in the game we saw there was no use debating the question? the peo
ple knew a good thing when they saw it? they wanted the goods? they were
going to have the goods and right at the fall of the flag almost the order
went down the lines "Unpack more new goods and let the people have
them." But for the unpacking of brand new merchandise that was put
out at WIZARD price we would never have been able to satisfy the buy
ers, for so many lots were entirely closed out within an hour after the doors
opened. Verily the WIZARD'S coming, must have penetrated every nook
and crook of this county? the people were here? such a surging pushing
buying crowd as perhaps Camden has never seen before and the most
pleasing part of it was the fact that so far as we know every person left
the store perfectly satisfied and many stopped to express personally their
appreciation of our efforts and as one man put it "Far and away above any
mercantile event he ever attended in this city." It sure ,was great and we'er
all happy. Last Saturday's business written out in detail would make mighty
interesting reading matter if one could get in all the little things that hap
pened. To those who were not here- -you missed something? but there is
still opportunity for you. NEXT SATURDAY WE'RE GOING TO RE
PEAT AND WE'RE GOING TO SMASH LAST SATURDAY'S RECORD.
KEEP YOUR EYE ON THIS STORE NEXT SATURDAY IF YOU
WANT TO SEE THINGS HAPPEN.
SATURDAY TO BE ANOTHER GREAT DAY
We have prepared a line of Special Features for Saturday that we
believe will ppsh our cash sales higher than last Saturday. "The
Wizard" has searched this store from end to end and the many great
bargains that he has found has even surprised us.

"The most powerful selling campaign ever inaugurated in this county.'' When we said that in our
opening ad we "hit the nail on the head." Not only the most powerful, btit the Greatest.
The "Wizard"
Adds another great success to
his list. One that will com
pare most favorably with any
he ever experienced in a city
the size of Camden.
The following expressions caught from different people last
Saturday tell a wonderful story of a wonderful triumpji:
"Yes, the best sale I ever attended."
"I made a long trip to get here but I am fully repaid."
"Goodness! Who wouldn't buy those at that price?" ?*? r~
"The very thing 1 could not afford last week, 1 bought today and had money left."
"It's a real pleasure to attend a sale' like this.'*.
? "Mamma, the 'Wizard' is a man just like Pap*/'
The writer could go on and repeat many more of these. People could not refrain from ex
pressing their entire satisfaction at the wonderful bargains offered in every department.
