failing to procure said license and

said City, without restraining them

goilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction before the Recorder ^of
the City of Camden, shall be liable
to a fine not exceeding twenty-five
dollars v ($25.00) or imprisonment
with or without hardUabor upon tljp
public works of the City of Camden,
not exceeding ten days, at the dis
cretion of the Recorder,, for each
and every offense. *
Section 7. That all ordinances or
parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith, are hereby repealed.
