That thin Hyeciai Li cense Ordtyiance adopted by the City of Camden on the 11th day of April, 1912, for the pretteul fiscal year, and panned and ordained a* a special ordinance to raise supplies for the fiscal year ending April 30, 1913. That every person, firm or corporation, engaged, or intending to engage in any trade, business or profession, hereinafter mentioned, within th? limits of the City of Camden, shall first "obtain a license from the Clerk and Treasurer, and all license herein mentioned shall be non - transferable and for the fiscal year if not otherwise special ly provided.
