gist whose place of business is situa
ted in the City of Camden, may law

only. That any person desiring to
purchase alcohol for the purpose set
out in this section, shall sign a written
or printed statement, giving his r.uiup,
rcsidenoo, ooenpation and purpose for
which he intends to use said alcohol
and he shall certify that said alcohol
is purchased in good faith for such
purpose and no other, and that said
ih ngglst shall, at the end of each
month, tile with the clerk of court of
Kershaw Couut)', all such statements,
with a certificate under oath, thut said
statements contain a true statement of

Section VII. That all statement* or
prescriptions required by th'.s ordi
