factory evidence of having been vaccinat

guardian, or other person charge! with

to see that such child is vaecinaied as of
ten as required by Section II
Section \* 111. That any otlicer or per
son w ho shall neglect or refuse to com
ply with the conditions of tli>< ordinance
shall, upon conviction, be lined a sum not

or Ik.* imprisoned for not more than f.'JO)
days, and that inch imprisonment, may,
at the discretion of the Recorder of the
city of Camden, be accompanied with the
additional requirement of hard labor on
the streets of said city.
Section IX. This ordinance to take ef

Section X. That all ordinance* or
parti of ordinances inconsistent with the
provisions of this ordinance bo. and the
same are hereby repealed.

day of February , 1910.
