Mrs. Mary Boykin Cantey, wifo of |
Maj E. B. Contey. died very sudden
ly at. tho home of her son in-law, Mr
BeDj. Haile, last Tuesday night

night and had gone to the room to
retiro when someone heard a noise
and upon going there found her in a
dying condition from heart disease.
Mrs Cantey was sixty^ix years of
age She was the daughter of the
late Ool A H. Boykin and is sur.
vived by her husband and four broth
ers, Messrs Burwell H Boykin, A.
Hamilton Boykin, Allen J. Boykin
and L. Whitaker Boykin, and one
sister, Mrs Brown Manning. She
also leaves the following children :

the Episoopal ohurch yesterday after
noon at 3 :30 o'clock
