note of how to solve the problem of

is no doubt but what a great many
who make unjust roturns will object
to this method of exposure, as they

T^This movement for equal rights in
taxation, is thoroughly endorsed by
Comptroller General Jones, and it
to be hoped some positive steps
will be taken, for the trend of this
movement will be far reaching is
its sweeping reform of vaxation in
