The impression has gone out,
caused by an item from Camden to
the Columbia afternoon paper, th?U
the store of the late Mr. M. Baum
would be closed indefinitely. Tbe
item referred to stated that "a tele
gram had been sent by the execu
tor, Mr. l^aminski of New York,
not to open the store until further
notice." We have been requested
to say tbat tho telegram was
sent by Mr. Mannos Baruch and
bore no business significance.
Through respeot to the recent dead
he wished tbe store to remain clos
ed for a day or two longer. Tho
store is now open, as heretofore,
under the supervision of (hat ex
cellent gentleman, Mr. M. Baruch.
