cil of the Cif.y of Camden, S. C.,
that from and after the passage of
this Ordinance it shall be unlawful
for any person .to cut, scar, muti
late, dig up or otherwise injure* or
destroy any trees or shrub on the
public streets or parks of the city
of Cymdeilk S. C.; that any person
violating the terms of this Ordi
nance shall he guilty of a misde
meanor and upon conviction thereof"
shall be fined in a sum not .exceed
ing one hundred dollars ($too.oo)
or be imprisoned for a period not
exceeding thirty Cjo) days, in the
