held at the Club House on Tuesday
night and quite a large crowd at

than usually insplring,and all went

Death of Mr*. Joseph. West.
Mrs. Joseph West died at her
liomo near Timrod last Tuesday,
Mar. 3rd. at 3 o'clock. Mra. West
was about 71 years of age having
been born) July 81, 1837. Mrs,
West leaven a huaband and six
children , ^ TJie burial took place on
Wtdnesday at Timrod Baptist
Church of which she was a mem
ber.
