women and children. When the
dispensary is voted out let every
one of us who voted against it put
our shoulders to the wheel and help
enforce the law, and I am sure
that illicit stiles will he curtailed.
While Mr. Hough hinges a great
deal upon the- dissatisfaction of
those counties which havo voted
out the dispensary, ! have a*or.
several letters from Mayors of the
different towns that now have pro
hibition and they all speak well
of tho condition of affairs. If Mr.
Hough\will show mo whero any of
tnese Wuntles are suffering to any
extent financially (to say nothing
of the suffering of women and
children) I will join hands with him
and vote for the dispensary.

must be filled out properly and filed with
the County Superintendent beforo the
beginning of the examination Thoso tak

Freshman class and not trying for a
scholarship should file their application

are worth $100 and froe tuition. One
scholarship student from each county
may select tho Textile course, others
