Salo of Baptist Church Property.
The Baptist Church and Church,
lot have been sold, Mr. J. Kershaw
Lanpr being the purchaser. This ac
tion was decided upon in Church I
?conference last Sabbath. While the
?voto for the sale of tin; property was
mot entirely unanimous, those pres-1
>6nfc voted for it by a lar^e mujority.
$2,000 was the price paid for the
pr6perty. Tno committee expects
to purchase the lot on the corner of
Main f-treet and Lafayette avenue,
Where Mr. D. K. Hinson is now liv
ing, and bui'd a new Church there.

team's net score was one point, the

witnessed the majority of the pony

For the local team Kennedy and
Whistler played a great game, while

doubtedly one of the best, if not

best man, Mr. Robt. G. MoCreight,

The reception at the home of the
bride's mother was held .from 10 to
12, Delicious refreshments were

played several piano solos, and Mr.
tfoodman, of the Kirkwood Orchestra
gave ppveral cello solos. Roth of

enjoyed.
