I. N'o vehicle used and run for tin*
ranspoi tat ion ">f passengers and their

vithin the City of Camden, S. C , nor any
lriver or employee ? ? f tbo owner of tin*
lame, shall approach nearer than twelve;
12) feet of the train of cars from which
passengers and bag^aue are to be receiv
ed: and all such vehicles, drivers and
pmployoes shall occupy only such apace
or position on the streets of the City or
Railroad premises us shall be assigned to
them .
II. No owner or employee of the own
er of any such vehicle, nor pioprietor.or
ilrummer, or agent of a hotel or hoarding
liourie, nor any person whomsoever, shall

ride in a vehicle.
Iir. The charge for the transportation

City limits shall not be more than twen
ty-five (25) cents: Provided, That if

VI. It shall be unlawful for any per
son or persons t ? engage or use a hack,
or other public vehicle of transportation,
in this Citv not intending to pay for the
game at the time said hack or vehicle is
euitaiti'd, but with intant to defraud the
owner or driver of said hack or vehicle
out of the value of the use thereof : and
overv employment of such back or vehl
do shall be for cash. It shall be un aw
ful for anv driver of a hack or vehicle
refuse to haul a passenger or passenger*
when not otherwise engaged; nor si all
any driver of any hack or vHncle fad to
keep an engagement.
VII It shall be unlawful for any
hack man or driver of anv public vehicle
lo leave bis back or vehicle, except fo as
sist passengers lo and from bls vehi<>,
or to transfer their baggage : 1 rovided,
however, said driver can leave his vehi
cle if he continues to hold the reins in
