South Carolina against the Southern
railway, Hlleglng a violation of the
constitution of the State by t.i<n

ville to Marion, N. (J., is on the
roster for the ptesent week on the
civil court to be tried Saturday.
But th? hearing will not begin at
this time an the attorneys engaged
on both sided held a conference on
Nov. 12 at which it waa agreed that
it should lie heard al a special term
court to be held by Judge Alt tn
minger in January.
