A Mysterious Circular.
On Tuesday lust tlie following cir
cular was found on Main street in

"Private notice: Let every color

who is interested in his rights meet

?Sept. 6 at 8 p. m. Not long ago a
loiter was published praising the
white people and abusing our peo
pie They are the same white poo,c
pie who not longer than two years

men' before them and also drove
some of our best boys from home.
We have some of the meanest white
people in the State who inspired
that letter We desire to collect
money to defend the boys who had
the manhood to rodent the insult.

Garrison and he immediately hail
