Death of Mrs. Samuel Boykin.
Died at her home at "Boy kins" on
tho morning of March 18th, 1905,
Elizabeth Br in bane, beloved wifo of
Samuel Boykin, and daughter of tho
late Col W, A. Anoium. Surrounded
by her devoted fntuily she "fell
asleep in Jesus'* entering Into that!
reward which is prepared for those
who love the Lord and keep bis |
commandments. .?
Truly a cheorful chtisllan woman
her beautiful life gavo happiness to I
all around her. From hor earliest |
girlhood she served her Master and
liko Him "went about doing good."
She had even then the sweetest way
of attraction all to her and bringing
out the beet aud brightest in their
nature. She was always a true and
faithful friend who uever turned a
way from the eorrowing or suffering.
Charitablo In dc-od and thought and
word it was a privilogo to know her
in her happy homo, where her friends
always enjoj-ed the culture and re
flneinont of her surroundings.
As wife and mother, tho suffering]
hearts of those who know what they
have lost, attest the perfection of ]
those 5aered characteristics.
On Sunday at noon she was laid to
rest among those deoriOnes already
"gone before"' while a large and deep]
ly sorrowing throng of friends and
relatives paid loving tribute to one
uo dear, covering her grave with the
moat beautiful and fragrant flowers.
. Mrs. Boy kin had a particularly de
voted family circle and was blessed
with an unusually large number of lov !
ing and admiring kindred. Her sons|
are Messrs. Win. Ancrum and Lem
uel Boykini ller daughters are Mrs.

Misses Leila, Nellie Leo and Meta

being used to heat tea was in some
way overturned and suddenly the
flames shot up almost to the ceiling

there was no panic, in fuel no
well did the young gentlemen in
charge manage it, not a single pri
