and Miss McDow of Lancaster. All
of whom are lovely young college i

A large party of young men and
"maidens fuir" from our town with
their chaperones left on the early
train on the 4th for the picnic at
Providence Springs whero a de
lightful day was spent. A" band
furnished music for tbo merry
dancers and they returned at 10
o'clock at night, a fresh and joyous
crowd with "hearts attuned; to
mirth" and enthusiastic ove/ the
delights of the trip, v f
