Camden South Carolina is famous
over the continent an a Winter He

from the north and west enjoy the

wealth and refinement can desire.

Is blest not only as to surpassing

springs and streams hut its ponds
or lakes afford excellent water
powers which haye been partially
availed of.
With railways spreading north
and south, east and west, lis freight

the successful building of a few
factories, hut the result of "too

manifold mismanagement have
caused a depressionary period which

? -With cotton at the door ? (Cam

and by reason of climatic condi

should show better dividends than

eventually will. Petty jealousies
and lack of business method have
hurt Camden moro than mere dol

The Camden Lumber Manufac
