with the advent of the Snrlng andt

law Is being enforced to a very much

prosecuting violations of the law. Quite
a number of cases are now pending in
tho courts, and there seems to be a
move favorable disposition <m the part

guilty of these violations.

ivovy section of the State, hut there
has been a wonderful Improvement
