Sheriff Smith, of Lw county, was in the city today for tbe purpose of getting the governor to offer a re waid for the capture of Kelley, who hilled Oreeob. The -sheriff says that public sentiment is considera bly against Kelley now iu view of his escaping, though U might not have been so had he given himself up. When the oume was commit ted the sheriff was in Aiken on official business and returned tike day o! the tragedy.
