Inasmuoh us Smith Carolina has
taken upon herself t ho responsibili
ty of waking drunkards, and at Iho
saiga time also to make a handsotue
profit on them, it would be nothing
more than just for her, out of the
profits of the Dispensary, to estab
fish and maintain au Inebriate Asy

whom she has demented through
strong drink may be taken care of.
Borne part of this protlt must justly
belong to them, for they paid it out.
