The Raster services at Crece
"hufeb on Sunday last were the
most impressive ami elaborate for
many years. Mr. Gordon pieachtd
a fine sermon. Tbe cburcb could
not scat the Immcngu crowd, many
of whom stood during tbe entile
service. The flowers were iuohi
beautiful and the music the finest
ever bad iu a Camden church. As
some gentleman of culture remark*
ed "it would have been line even in
tbe largest city churches." The
entire body of the church was fes
tooned with trailing vines of eroilnx.

Eclipse of tha Moon.
Tbe Luna eclipse which camo on
pt "like a thief in tbe night," was
witnessed by a number of Cam
donians Saturday night. It was a
surprise to a good many as there
bgfid been hardly any warning of an
approaching eclipse which proved to
be almost total. A similar eclipse
to this ono occurred on March 80th
1885, and it will be 18 years before
it will be seen again at this time of
the year. The eolipse was visible
in the eastern portion of the United
States.
