Widening Out.
So rapidly has the business of
Mr. C. P. Rossignol (the Camden
Casket and Coflin Factory) increas
ed that it has become necessary to
enlarge his warehouse. We were
down at the factory one d.iy this
wet k and found all bauds busily
engaged in putting up the addition
70 feet long by about 25 feet wide.
This warehouse will be u9?-.{ ?{ir
storing purposes. We venture the
assertion that no business in tlx
community has grown more rapid
ly than Mr. Rossignol'a and we are
delighted to note his progress.

KILLED ON THE RAIL
A fatal accident occurred about a
half mile south of the Seaboard pas
sender depot last Friday afternoon at
7.30 in which section master <. J. O
Thomas, of Lng?.fT. wan thrown from
ills car and sustained injuries from
wiiioh he died at 11 o'clock Friday
night.
Tho accident happened while the
crow were returning from work and
Mr. Thomas was helping to pre pel
one of the levers when it broke,
throwing him in front of the car on
billhead, fracturing his skull and
otherwise severely injuring him.
He wan a native of North Caroli
na, to which place his body was sent
on tho northbound train Saturday
for burial. A wifo P.nd ong child
survive him. ij
