ing counties of Suppler, Kershaw and
Darlington. The maps and petitions

When these papers have been care
fully examined ?nd it in found that
the constitutional requirements have
been met the governor will order the
election. The boundaries of the ter
ritory in each county proposed to be
cut off arc given with arcat care and
exactness. The exacjt area's to be
