until 12 o'clock Mouday. On motion
of Slieppard the care aud disposition ol
the Confederate rolls was referred to

was the result of a message from the
governor submitting the report of the
State historian, Col. John P. Thomas.

of the general election. Mr. Henderson

Governor and only bocame law on the
third day of this l session. Maytield
amended by increasing the number
