and were apportioned to such conn
ties us showed a deficiency in the
general school fund, u? compared
with the attendance at the public
schools. KershaW County's school
fund, as compared with tho enroll
ment of scholars in attendance on
the public wchools, ahows that it had
niore .than $3 per capita of school
attendance, and therefore, there be
ing no deficiency in the school funds
for tkis county, it couiri not and did
not ahare in a fund entirely appliea
