Death of Mr. J. L Tiller.

ler, wniolt occurred nt the residence
of Mr. Davis Miller in this city
yesterday afternoon at 1 :40 o'clock.
Mr. Tiller was a popular and trust
worthy employee of the Houthern
railway in iho capacity of engineer
and was favorably known to a large
cirolo of friends and acquaintances
in lliib stale. Several weeks ugo
Mr. Tiller was taken ill with la
grippe. The case became very ag
gravated and induced heart failure,
which was the immediate cause of
