grossinan John l<. MoLaurin to fill,
for tho present, the vacancy in the
U. S. Sonato caused by the death of
Senator Mario. Sonator MoLaurin,

take his seat in the Senate on next
Monday morning. It is said that

Senator Tillman's Sorrow.
In speaking of Senator Marie's
death, Senator Tillman paid to a
nowspapcr correspondent : "No

with whom I have been associated
in my lifo that has caused me more
