Port Royal and A uguflta division of the
Charleston aud Western Carolina Rail
road' eystom was rondored by Judge
Callaway, of the Superior Court, Au
guttta county. The decision finds m
favor of the Augusta and Stilqiiuerville
Railway, and maintains the receiver in
possession of the property until such

ordered to sell the property to pay. the
