Bicycle Biding.
The law in regard to bicycle rid
ing in town is not near so strict rs
it should be. For fn?tance riding
on the sidewalks nfter night is ab
solutely dangerous. A few nights
n&o a gentleman was going home
and just as lie stepped upon the
bridge on the South side of L>r
Kalb street in front of the Presby
terian Church, a hicycle feeing at

ed upon hint. Ho was knocked

ent directions. For an Instant all
