As to tho prospects for any chauge j
in the plan as adopted the only one
hinted at is to add uomo provision for
woman suffrage now or iu the near or
itf'the distant future. 'Tho woman tmf
fragists seem still to cling to tho hope
of getting some reward for their hard
work, either by having woman suf
frage adopted iu comu way or other or
of leaving it posslblo for future
islaturcs to take such action. #
No doubt tho auti-oducational and
property qualification forces will make
auother attack ou tho sufVrago plan on
its third reading, but unless there in it
decided change in the temper of the
delegates thoro ih less chance < ? f a
