Motion was made to adopt the agreement between the two candi dates for Governor to have two f managers, representing each fac tion, at each eiub precinct. Mo tion lost. It was finaily agreed; that where the membership of a cLiib was composed of both factions, i both should be robiesented in seiec I ? turn of managers, one or two of the three managers lo be allowed each ?side, according to its proportion of membership.
