CIRCUS WILL BE IN CAMDEN FRIDAY \ Many New Acts, Numbers and Dis plays This Year. The Barnett Bros. Circus will ex hibit at the Circus Grounds Camden, Friday, December 2nd. I There are many new acts, numberr and displays with the show this year. The opening spectacle is entitled "Patriotic America" and the high lights from the life of George Wash i ington are worked into the Theme and Bi-centennial thought. A beau tiful ballet of girls are carried for the presentation and the spectacle ir lavishly produced. The Rogers-Chapin troop of high wire walkers are new this year. A baby elephant brought to America by Howard Thurston last year was purchased by the Barnett Bros, and "Delhia" is not only the youngest and smallest elephant in America but the only elephant past or present that walks a tight wire. Nearly every Nation in the world is represented in the Barnett Bros, personnel. Arabs, a Jap troop and a Mexican troop. Both imported this spring, Victor Coty a nephew of the original Buffalo Bill has charge of the American cowboys and cow girls. An English trio of strong men have never been in this country be fore. However when grandpa brings his childrens' children to the circus he will not be disapopinted for lack of the old time favorites. The human butterflies, the acrobats and tumb lers', the trained animals and the pony drill. The pretty girls riding the dancing horses will all be there. There will be a street parade at noon. Of special interest are the reduced prices this date only, 25 cents to everybody. Afternoon show starts at 2:30 and night performance at 8:00 o'clock. GLADDEN-WATTS A weddifig of much interest to their nany friends was that of Mr. Clar ence Watts of Camden and Miss Loma Gladden, the beautiful and at tractive daughter of Mr. and Mrs William Gladden of Flint Hill. The cermony was performed by Rev. P. E. Blackmon, pastor of Mrs. Watts, at his home Sunday morning, November 20th at ten o'clock, at Cedar Creek. Mr. and Mrs. Watts will make their home in Camden whore Mr. Watts is engaged in bus iness.
