stitution ptevented him from pro
tecting the wh.te women of his state
he would teat it into threads, and

We have not noticed any criti

nance passed by the city council of
Camd' n, and we shall continue to

five per cent, of the people of the
town and county oppose it. Per ?
haps it would be nearer the correct
figures to say that ninety-nine per
cent. disapprove It.
