COURT OF COMMON PLEAS.
Court of Common Pleas for the trial
of civil cases will convene at Chesterfield
on Monday, April 12th, and will
hold for two weeks.
By resolution of the Bar, the first
two days of the first week will be devoted
entirely to equity cases, therefore
there will be no need for Jurors to
attend on these two days, (Monda and
Tuesday.)
