Following is the full text of the con-,
stitution and rules of the democratic
party of the State of South Carolina,
adopted at the State convention in Co

1. At the convention of the democratic
party of the State of South
Carolina begun and holdcn at Co-1
lumbia on the 20'th day of May in the;
