Phil W. Perry in July, which was begun

returned. The trial of this case attracted
considerable attention. The
court room was packed with spectators
the three days that it was in
progress. The arguments in the case
(began at 9:30 in the morning and the
case was given to the jury after the
assembly of court following the noon
recess.
