McCarson Defendant IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS LIS PENDENS NOTICE E HEREBY GIVEN that an action as above-styled has been commenced this date and is now pending before this Court for the foreclosure of a mortgage covering property in Laurens County described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being approximately 7 miles south west of the town of Laurens, in Waterloo Township, in the County of Laurens, State of South Carolina, containing 1.0 acres; said lot beginning at an iron stake on the southern right of way line ofS.C.S-30- 425 at about 0.8 mile west of S. C. S-40-83 and on the pro perty line separating the land belonging to Jesse E. Robinson, from which this lot is being carved from, from land ofEarl Robinson thence running S09 deg. 30’ E along land ofEarl Robinson and also along other land of the grantor for a dis tance of 314.9 feet to an iron stake thence turning and running S 57 Deb. 45’W along other land of the grantor for a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron stake thence turning and running N 09 Deg. 30’ E a- long other land of the grantor for a distance of 314.9 feet to an iron stake at the southern right of way of said S. C. S-30-425 thence turning and running an average of N 57 Deg. 45’E along said right of way for a distance of 150.0 feet to the iron stake at the point ofbeginning; said lot being more fully described and delineated on plat of lot sur veyed for Betty McCarson by Dewey H. Campbell, Jr., dated October 15, 1969, and being a portion of the M acres tract of land heretofore conveyed to the grantor from James Ro binson by deed dated March 8, 1968, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Lau rens County in Deed Book 182 at page 352. Route 66 - from Route 1-26 easterly for a distance of approximately 3.9 miles. The proposed improvement wiU include reconstruction of a bituminous surface course, not less than 20’ with adequate shoulders to provide a two lane facility. Any interested citizen may request that a public hearing be held with respect to the social and economic effects of this improvement.
